DELIVERY and RETURNS Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately and if we have made a mistake, we will make it right through either refund, store credit or replacement, depending on the situation.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We do not accept returns for a refund.
DELIVERY TIMES (estimates)
After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to our factory where we will print and ship your item(s) within 7-10 business days. Below are expected delivery times based on your location.
Please note: Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalogue, shipping times may take longer than the estimates below.

Delivery to Australian customers is estimated to be 5-10 days
Our preferred delivery agents are Sendle.. Delivery details will be confirmed by email.
Australia Post will be engaged for areas not covered by the Courier First (Sendle) network.
International Shipping Time Estimates when appropriate
If your items have not arrived within 60 business days of the date of original purchase, contact Customer Service for a reship your item. (This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) and missed parcel deliveries).
If an item is defective or damaged due to manufacturer error or if we ship you the wrong item, we will send a replacement to you. You must send pictures of the damaged or incorrect item.
If an order is lost in transit, we will replace it. You will be provided a tracking number and this is what we use to determine if an order has been lost in transit or delivered.
If you provide the wrong address, and your order is returned to us by the mail carrier, we can reship your order for a reshipping fee.
Please take care in selecting your product. If you have any doubt please call 1300 550 566 to confirm the product is what you require. If it is a stock item it may be returned for credit. If it is the result of a special order, you will be charged a restocking fee of 30%. You must pay for the return shipping and the store credit amount does not include the original shipping, only the purchase price.
We will process the store credit once we receive the tracking number for the return.

Refunds are offered on a limited, case by case basis. Most situations will be resolved with a replacement or store credit.
All of our products are printed on demand, especially for each customer. Because of this, we can only cancel or modify orders within the first 24 hours after purchase.
Our standard refund and replacement policy lasts 30 days from the date your tracking number shows your order was delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.
